Stress Relief.
The secret of health for both mind and body
is not to mourn for the past,
not to worry
about the future, or not to anticipate troubles,
but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
--Siddartha Guatama Buddha
This month, our
Feature Articles are exploring the subject of "Stress
Relief."
It is our hope that as we find
ourselves at the one year anniversary of the tragic events
of
September 11th, 2001, we may
focus on what is most important in our lives, identify and
eliminate the stressors in our lives, and return
to the soulful, centered, peaceful place that resides
within each one of us.
Our contributing
authors have provided us with a wonderful variety of
articles on the topic of stress relief, sharing everything from practical tips and techniques for
identifying and managing our stress, to thoughtful
insights into what exactly stress is, where it comes from,
and how we can work with it and transform it, so that we
may find inner peace and calm serenity.
May peace and joy be
yours, as you de-stress your life!
